This past week, PTHA President Kathleen DeMasi, along with Executive Director Jeffrey A. Matty, Jr., joined the Pennsylvania Equine Coalition in Harrisburg to present before the PA House Agriculture & Rural Affairs Committee. President DeMasi delivered impactful testimony highlighting the significance and essential role of Thoroughbred racing across the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
