Charlie is a 16h gelding, born February 2019, by Violence (Medaglia d’Oro) out of a Heart’s Cry mare. He retired sound with no known injuries and has been nothing but kind and uncomplicated since arriving. Charlie is exceptionally gentle and easy to handle, suitable even around children, with a quiet, willing demeanor that makes him a pleasure to have in the barn. Currently barefoot, he would benefit from front shoes, which are pending his upcoming farrier appointment. Under saddle, he is a cute, balanced mover who naturally carries himself well. He has had one post-track ride to assess his character and feel, and he impressed immediately—soft in the mouth, responsive to leg, and happy to stretch through his back and body. A lovely, straightforward young horse with a great brain to bring along in any direction.
